This is because most individual actions are liable to judgment by the society. Before one engages in any activity, they ought to consider the perspective of the receiver of their actions. Will it be accepted by the people positively or its bound to cause problems with the people around them? Will it increase their happiness and decrease their misery? Ethical behavior also pertains equality and fairness, if one is fair in the distribution of economic and social benefits they are said to be ethical, unlike those who are unfair in their dealings (Jacob, et al, 2016).
